He holds a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering and has worked as a V&V engineer in the field and as a systems engineer in the railway industry. His research at Fraunhofer
focused on using MBSE to make sustainability assessment more accessible for industry.

Today, Hamza brings this expertise to oose eG, helping organizations tackle complex sustainability challenges through structured modeling approaches. He is co-chair of the INCOSE Sustainability Working Group and leads the SustainableTogether open-source project transforming a conventional business model, enterprise architecture and product into sustainable ones.
